Terms of Service

[NOTE]
✦ Default size is 1000 px
✦ Additional fees may apply depends on complexity
✦ Please have a visual reference. I cannot work with only a wall of words.
✦ Please do not expect me to exactly copy the pose reference you provided, I can only 'reference' from it.[GENERAL]
✦ I have the right to decline your offer
✦ All commissions are non-refundable the moment I start working on the draft.
✦ If harassed or felt threatened, commission may result in cancellation with no refund or product.
✦ Any information dealing with this commission may be recorded for security.[L2D/PNG]
✦ I don't work on model art without a clear reference of the character. Sorry.
✦ Additional fees may apply depending on the design's complexity and demands
✦I'll allow partial payments (L2D commissions only) but the initial payment of at least 40% must be paid. I work in phases (sketch → line art → coloring) and I will NOT proceed with the final phase (coloring and also applying expressions) until the payment is paid in full.
✦ I'm relatively slow due to my offline responsibilities, I hope you understand that. Estimated time on finishing model is 14-40 weeks (Live 2D) depending on how many concurrent projects there are in the queue. Expedited deadlines may incur extra rush fees.
✦ You are not allowed to request another artist to add assets, alter or recolor my psd file/model.
✦ You are forbidden to share publicly my psd file.

✦ Payment must be paid upfront in full.
✦ Refunds are ONLY available if I haven't yet started on your commission.
✦ Commercial use cost twice the base price.[REVISIONS]
✦ Revision maximum is 2 [sketch/color phase]
✦ Revision fee after 2 attempts cost 50% of the base price so please be VERY SPECIFIC if you want me to follow a certain expression, pose and colors[DEADLINES AND DELIVERY]
✦ My turn around time varies from 1-4 weeks for normal commissions, please do not rush me. If you want to know the status of your commission kindly contact me thru twitter or on discord, I usually reply within 24-48 hrs
✦ The final commission files will be purely digital goods. They will be sent in a [Google Drive] link. I will not ship or print the commission.[USE]
✦ You are NOT allowed to claim, edit, trace, or copy my commission.
✦ Make sure to give credit if reposting my commission elsewhere.
✦ Reselling or using the commission for commercial purposes without paying the commercial fee is not allowed.
✦ You have the right to use your commission personally as wallpaper or avatar or print it and give it away to friends without profit.
✦ Use of my artwork in AI generation/training or AI-related promotional activities is prohibited.
✦ Please dont mint my artwork as an NFT or use it in any way that may generate profit via blockchain-related technology.[INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS]
✦ I have the rights to all commissioned works to use/feature them on my portfolio/social media/etc. If you do not wish me to do that please let me know.[COMMUNICATION]

I am not the kind to post preview but I'll let you know beforehand If I'm planning to.✦ How should I credit you? Model artist or mama/papa?
I prefer being called a Model Artist, however I will make an exception - sometimes✦ I'll stop streaming/using your model or design, can I sell it?
